1. ABOUT SNWT
Shreeman Narayan Worldwide Tours Pvt Ltd ("SNWT", "we", "us", or "our") is a Nepal-based travel and tourism company providing travel-related services in Nepal and selected destinations.
Depending on the itinerary, SNWT may arrange services directly or through hotels, airlines, transportation companies, guides, trekking staff, permit authorities, local operators, activity providers, and other third-party service providers.
2. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, tour itineraries, prices, availability, accommodation, transportation, schedules, routes, permits, and other travel arrangements may change due to operational, seasonal, governmental, environmental, weather, or other circumstances.
Website information should therefore be considered general information until a specific itinerary, quotation, booking confirmation, or invoice has been issued by SNWT.
3. ENQUIRIES AND QUOTATIONS
An enquiry submitted through our website or other communication channel does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Quotations are generally based on the information available to us at the time they are prepared and may be subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
A quotation may have a validity period stated by SNWT. If no validity period is specified, SNWT reserves the right to revise the quotation before confirmation.
Prices may change due to changes in supplier rates, transportation costs, accommodation availability, government fees, permits, taxes, exchange rates, or other applicable charges.
4. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
A booking becomes confirmed only after SNWT has received the required booking information and any applicable deposit or payment and has issued a booking confirmation or otherwise confirmed the booking in writing.
Availability is not guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed.
Certain services may require full payment at the time of booking, particularly where suppliers or travel partners require advance payment.

6. PASSPORT, VISA AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Travellers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, travel authorizations, and other documents required for their journey.
Passport validity and visa requirements may vary according to nationality and destination.
SNWT may provide general travel information or assistance where available, but travellers remain responsible for verifying requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, airline, or government authority.
SNWT cannot guarantee the approval or issuance of any visa, permit, entry authorization, or immigration decision.
7. PAYMENTS
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, or payment instructions.
Depending on the service, payment may be required in full or in stages.

Where payment is made through a bank, payment gateway, card processor, or other third-party payment service, additional terms or charges imposed by that provider may apply.

Applicable taxes, service charges, government fees, permits, and other mandatory charges may be included in or added to the quoted price depending on the service.
9. CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELLER
Cancellation requests must be submitted to SNWT in writing.
Cancellation charges depend on the applicable tour, trekking package, supplier conditions, booking date, departure date, and the amount already paid to third-party suppliers.
Where a specific cancellation policy has been provided with the booking, that policy will apply.
Some services, including flights, hotels, permits, transportation, special activities, peak-season arrangements, and third-party services, may be non-refundable or subject to separate cancellation charges.
Any refund will be calculated after applicable cancellation charges, supplier penalties, non-refundable amounts, taxes, payment-processing charges, and other applicable costs have been deducted.
10. CHANGES OR AMENDMENTS BY THE TRAVELLER
Requests to change travel dates, itineraries, accommodation, transportation, passenger details, or other booking arrangements should be made as early as possible.

Any supplier amendment fees, fare differences, accommodation charges, permit charges, transportation charges, or administrative costs may be payable by the traveller.

Any refund or compensation will be determined according to the applicable booking conditions, supplier policies, and circumstances of the cancellation or change.
